Every Saturday, from April 2 to November 6 at 75 stadiums in Poland will be held free training for runners. In Cracow trainings are scheduled in two-places.
Starting the training after the winter break is not easy. So how do you start running, how to motivate and above all, how to do it safely, without exposing yourself to injury? Safe running concerns everyone, and in particular people that are beginners in this sport.
As part of the BiegamBoLubię (I run because I like it) campaign organizers provide weekly meetings with coaches to all willing participants who run or just want to start. “We would like to have such opportunities across the country, in every corner of the city, both in large cities and villages. We try to make the opportunity to join the group of persons that find joy in running available for everyone, and beginners training – with the support of coaches and other runners – become as easy as possible. Our trainers are professionals. They have not only expertise and preparation, but they run and are successful not only in Poland but also in the international arenas.” said the organizers.
