Hello, Peter is looking for someone to take over his lease. A luxurious apartment in the heart of Kazimierz have a lease agreement until the beginning of October.

The fully furnished apartment is a 150m and is on the 5th floor, it is actually a loft. It has been recently renovated and is very modern. There are 2 large, completely separate bedrooms, which is quite hard to find in Poland. There is a living room with a new couch and a new 40 inch TV.

There is also a dining room and a huge, very modern kitchen. It has 2 bathrooms, one is the master complete with shower, bathtub and heating, the other is quite simple. There is central heating in every room and the apartment has everything you need, vacuum cleaner, iron, fully equipped kitchen (oven, hotplate, dishwasher etc), 2 large beds, plenty of cupboards, a laundry with washing machine and to top it off the apartment has an amazing view of the Wisla.

If you want to live in style in Poland, this is the perfect place to do it, all that enter are amazed by this apartment, but it is not only the apartment that is amazing, the location is too. It is a 20 minute walk to the Rynek in Old Town (Stare Miasto) or 5 mins on a tram and a 5 min walk to the heart of Kazimierz where you will find the best restaurants in Krakow as seen on trip advisor, also there are many clubs and bars at your doorstep. It is a 3 min walk to Galleria Kazimierz where you will find all your shopping needs including groceries, there is also a very nice cinema and gym there.

The total rent with admin and central heating is 2800zl/m + 980 admin (central heating, water, garbage, renovations, building maintenance). Electricity and a gas boiler for the bathroom are a separate bill, there is also a 5,600zl (2 months) deposit which must be payed because almost everything in the apartment is brand new. The price is not negotiable as we already managed to negotiate quite a bit off when we moved in. At this point the ideal change over date would be march 4th as that is when rent is due but this date is flexible.
