On Monday, June 20, the airline Iberia Express launched a direct connection from Cracow to Madrid. The flights will take place twice a week, on Mondays and Saturdays and the route will be operated by Airbus A320 / A321.

In 2015, more than 200.000 tourists, who visited Cracow, were spanish. Spain is in the top ten countries to which fly passengers from Cracow airport. Last year, 60.000 passengers flew on this route.

“Iberia Express is the second of four new carriers that are launching flights to Cracow Airport in this year. Crakow Airport is the only airport in Poland that works with this carrier. Cruises between Cracow and Madrid are an excellent offer for both, Cracovians desirous for Spanish sun, and the inhabitants of the Iberian Peninsula wanting to explore Cracow and Malopolska.” – said Radosław Włoszek, Cracow Airport.

Tickets for the flights on the route Cracow – Madrid can be bought at www.iberiaexpress.com. Prices for tickets in economy class start from 303 zł and for business class from 767 zł.
